Hotel Accommodations: Out of town participants and local residents who want to make the weekend special can stay at The Hotel Santa Fe. Just let them know you are attending Navigating Your Future to receive a special weekend conference rate. www.HotelSantaFe.com.

Meals:

Lunch – Main Conference and One Day Pass Participants can sign up for a special box lunch. Box lunches include your choice of a turkey, roast beef, vegetarian, vegan or a salad with a side of tuna. Two Day Box Lunch Package – $25 – One Day – $15

Conference Participants will also receive a list of local restaurants, most within walking distance who are offering special discounts on both lunch and dinner.

Dinner – There will be a dinner break on Saturday – August 25th. Special dinner discounts are available at local Navigating Your Future partner restaurants

Certificate of Attendance: There is a $10 pre-paid for Certificate of Attendance. If you are seeking CEU’s, you may turn this certificate into your specific agency to see if they will accept the conference as part of your CEU requirements. Please note that the “certificate” is not an authorized CEU document.

Parking: There is free parking behind the Scottish Rites Center (first come basis) There is an adjacent public City of Santa Fe Parking Lot and other City Parking lots within walking distance.

Recordings: No audio or videotapes may be made by participants at the Conference. Photographs are subject to the speaker’s approval. (See Special Navigating Your Future DVD Series for additional details)

Books/Conference Materials: Our on-site conference bookstore will offer a wide selection of specially priced books, audio programs, and gifts by Navigating Your Future Speakers.

Book Signings: Speakers will be available after sessions to meet fans and autograph books. For more information, please visit the onsite AgeNation Bookstore. Special DVD Collection: Enjoy video recordings of the lectures for years to come when you purchase the Navigating Your Future Conference DVD Package. All keynotes are recorded and loaded on to this USB FlashDrive. Pick up your wristband immediately following the last keynote on Sunday evening. Refunds and Cancellations

All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests made 30 or more days prior to the event will receive the full amount less a $50 processing fee per person. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. Please contact Customer Care 505.982.5753/5754 with any questions or concerns.
